By accessing or using the website www.duelingyugioh.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. Service Description

DuelingYuGiOh.com is a free fan-made platform created to organize and manage Yu-Gi-Oh! tournaments with Swiss rounds and cuts/top cuts. It is not a duel simulator, and it is not affiliated with or authorized by Konami Co., Ltd., nor does it represent the official Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME®. All names, images, and references to cards/monsters are the property of their respective owners.

2. Permitted Use

You may create tournaments, register players, and consult results exclusively for non-commercial purposes related to the Yu-Gi-Oh! community. The following are prohibited:

• Using the Site for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or fraud.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Posting offensive, defamatory, hateful content, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Extracting massive data from the Site (scraping) without permission.

3. User-Generated Content

By creating tournaments or entering player names, you grant DuelingYuGiOh.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and use such content on the Site. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you post.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, code, and structure of the Site are the property of its creator(s). Yu-Gi-Oh! and all related elements are trademarks and intellectual property of Konami. The use of names and images on the Site is for reference only and under fair use/fan content.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Site is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Errors in pairings or standings.
• Data loss or service interruptions.
• Damages resulting from the use of the Site.

In no case shall liability fall on our free-to-use platform.

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to remove tournaments, block users, or close the Site at any time without prior notice or liability.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any controversy will be resolved in the competent courts of Quito, Pichincha.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes implies acceptance.
